My name is Heather Forrer, and I am a Registered Orthopedic Technologist. I am an independent contractor and a casting instructor with The American Society of Orthopedics. I founded Precision Splinting & Casting to share my expertise and passion for the art of splinting and casting. I believe hands-on workshops are one of the most effective ways to learn, offering healthcare professionals the opportunity to refine their skills and elevate the level of care they provide. At the heart of my mission is a simple belief: every patient deserves exceptional, consistent, and compassionate care every single time.

This workshop is designed for individuals seeking to acquire fundamental splinting skills. It is beneficial for professionals in Emergency Departments, Urgent Care centers, EMT services, and smaller healthcare practices.
All are welcome: CMA's, Nursing Aids, RN's, LPN's, EMT's, ATC, Radiologic Technologists & Orthopedic Technologists

This workshop offers product education, demonstrations, and hands-on practice. Suitable for both novice and experienced healthcare professionals, it focuses on essential splinting skills to ensure patient comfort and clinician competence.

The workshops are conducted at your facility using the products you work with on-site.
